I have been watching reruns of ER on TNT in the mornings and I have to say that Sally does an awesome job on that show. I just looked it up and she won an Emmy for her performance and it was well deserved.

I have never really watched this show, but everything I have seen her perform in has been excellent. Norma Rae is still one of my favorite movies!

She was awesome in Steel Magnolias as well.
