I steam fish and some sort of veggie for lunch (when I am not at work) about 3 times a week if not more.
Today, I had fresh pico de gallo from the store and topping the steamed salmon and brussels with the pico and pepper was just the ticket.
I took this picture in our livingroom because I just couldn't pass up how pretty it looked when I got settled to eat. I used my Fuji Finepix f50 with no flash but macro turned on. I edited it in GIMP 2.6 for color, light and then added the fuzzy border.
