It seems to me, the Japanese are much more forward thinking and take time to think things through in general. They are ritualistic about the bath and cleanliness and this invention along with the Toyota and Honda cars are testiments to that forward kind of thinking.
Oh, it would be nice to have those here! But, in this city, it would probably be vandalized/damaged two days after installation. Sadly, we have some seriously inconsiderate, discourteous & immature evil-doers here.
