Okay, I promised I would post a pic of the
new furniture I bought when I got it situated. This is a pic of our dining room looking from our living room area towards our kitchen. The two chairs stacked on each other on the right are not there anymore...I found homes for them in another part of the house. The table expands to seat six and it is countertop height. All of the furniture is made out of mango wood and is pretty heavy and hard.

Beautiful!!! I really like it. It really warms up the concrete walls. Very nice :)
Very nice.
I really like the cabinet.
Classy.
Thanks...they look nice and I think the lines are simple enough they go with my other asia style furniture.
I like the furniture & agree with Sprite. Surprisingly, it goes well with the concrete walls. Speaking of those, do they bother you at all? My apartment walls are concrete with a layer of mesh & plaster & it's practically impossible to hang artwork but at least I can paint them. Do you miss not having colour on the walls?
Very nice! Looks great there!
Thanks for the compliments. No I don't mind the walls at all really. The house overall is very modern so the walls fit right in...we have these cool little gadgets that screw into the holes you can see spaced out and that is how I put stuff up. I am limited in what I can put up and where it can go but overall, it comes out okay.
