Okay, for heathly and low calories this stuff is awesome. I don't know if Chicken and Mindsprite can eat this on their Weight Watchers plan, but I hope they can because this one is great.It has no gluten either so Jo, this one is for you as well. It has the best taste for a microwave meal that I have experienced in a long time. Beats most that I have tried. My friend's daughter turned me on to them and they are organic as well. There are several different ones but this one pictured is the one I had for lunch today and really enjoyed.
Just thought I would share the discovery.

I am having a hard time finding that particular one. Can you tell me what the Calories, Fat and Dietary Fiber are?
