Movies

One good thing about my back issue is that I am catching up on some movie watching I have needed to do. I have had one movie since July (yes, before we even moved here) and I finally watched it today. Thank goodness for Netflix or I would own the damn thing by now in late fees.

So my recommendations: If you haven't already, watch Mr Brooks and Letters from Iwo Jima....both are great flicks and I thoroughly enjoyed them even though I was alternating between the heating pad and ice packs through both of them...haha.

I haven't seen Mr. Brooks but I really liked Letters; I was glued to the screen.

How is your back issue?

I haven't seen either of those. Or really any movies lately! We saw the Golden Compass in the theater and couldn't even remember the last one we'd seen there.

We will be watching season 3 of Lost like mad so we can catch up before the next season starts on the 31st!

I don't see movies at the theater except on rare occasions...mine are almost all Netflix or borrowed from the library...

I had to finish up 24 on DVD recently because they are getting ready to show the new season here and I missed the last 4 episodes last fall...

Haha-the back was worse yesterday but I did three rounds of cold and hot treatments and motrin w/aleve while watching 3 dvds yesterday and it seems to have helped. I feel better today. Have already done one round of hot and cold and now will get some walking in and then do another round before heading to a bday party at 6pm...

I thought Mr. Brooks was well done & well acted. I forgot to add it to my list of 100 movies I liked, which I just posted. Maybe I'll make it 101.
