My sentiments exactly. They have a big add on the main page before you get to your inbox and then they have littler ads of the same thing on other pages...all day long, nothing but toenails...it is so weird. Usually their ads change up a bit...but not today.
You would think that they would base their advertising on the user's profile but obviously they don't...they just sometimes want to get your attention by the gross out factor.

The one I hate is the girl eating the cockroach for the kissing a smoker is just as gross. It makes me want to vomit every time I see it.
