Wow, the UK is getting as bad as the US with complaints...come on, bad manners and insults to handicap people? Are they serious?
It is just a commercial people, not the letter of the law. It is called the off button, just use it once in a while, get outside and don't sweat the small shit. Life is too short as it is to worry about this kind of crap. Bitch about it on your blog and then move on....

Exactly. If you are going to get enraged about something, make it something that matters, like human rights, animal rights, war, famine, the environment for Pete's sake.
