I went grocery shopping today for our cookout this weekend, and I finally remembered to bring in my brown paper bags to reuse them (as we don't have mixed paper recycling readily available so I have a ton of these bags, and I hate to thrown them in the trash).
I think it must have thrown the baggers off because I swear I got the worst bagging job I have ever seen...ugh!!

I can't believe that they can't get with the program and start recycling. It doesn't make any sense.
Well, I think we have a mixed paper pick up the first week in June, so if I still have some left, I'll take them over there, but I just don't know what they are thinking like we can hold onto mixed paper for a year at a time? Who has room for that?
Apparently there is a regular drop off point but it is about 30 minutes away. Right now, I am concerned with conserving gas as well, so the bags have to go to reuse rather than recycle at this point. I even wrapped a box that I am shipping in one today...haha...I'll show them.
