It makes no sense to me. Hotels are built specifically for sleeping and when people come in at night, they pretty much realize that and try to be quiet....so explain to me, why at 6am the same rules don't apply? Doors slamming, cars revving, people shouting all at 6am for some reason. It is now 7:30am and all is quiet again....hmmm.

A case of the early morning grump's? If I have to suffer being up, I want everybody else to be up as well?
More like people in a mild panic about getting somewhere else and not being as considerate as they should be.
Soundproofing when building the hotel might be a novel idea...think?
Yeah, I am probably just more sensitive to it than most anyhow...but no more, I picked up some earplugs at the store and now all is silent.
