Why Is It?

That the lady in the minivan that sits in the middle of the aisle in a parking lot waiting for a space to open (so you can't go around her) is the same one that puts her damn cart in the middle of the aisle once you get inside the store so no one can get around her ass?

Ah, so it's not a cultural thing, it's a human nature thing. LOL

Chatty, I don't know, it could be cultural too....the lady I am refering to was a westerner, not Japanese...

There are some people that are completely oblivious to others. All they are thinking about is their own desires and never pay attention to people/things around them. Drives me nuts!

My angry ex husband used to run into those people with our cart. It was one of the few times I agreed with his aggressive sentiments!

Old habits die hard - whether out in the parking lot or in the store! How about the people who will not put their cart in the corral because 25 feet is too far to walk! The usually need the exercise too! Lazy, Lazy, Lazy!

Yeah, I think when she saw me in the aisle of the grocery store, she remembered she was in my way outside too....I never said anything or even honked but I did give you a irritated look.
